We are pleased to announce our first acquisitions for 2023 with the settlement of 35 Miles Platting Rd, Eight Mile Plains for $13.55 million, and 190 Stirling St, Perth for $12 million.
With the fully leased office buildings anchored by Government and major multi-national organisations, these complimentary assets offer a unique opportunity for geographic and tenant diversity within a single closed-ended unit trust.
The Capital City Office Unit Trust is projected to deliver a distribution of 7.25% p.a. paid monthly to wholesale investors (in Years 1 and 2).
These properties were acquired via Cushman & Wakefield and Cygnet West respectively.
