Sale of Bribie Island Medical and Retail Centre for $7.2 million

We are pleased to announce the sale of the Bribie Island Medical and Retail Centre at 233-235 Goodwin Drive, Bribie Island for $7.2 million.

Sold via Burgess Rawson, the sale price represents a market capitalisation rate of 5.75% on current income and is considered an excellent result in the current market conditions following the RBA’s continued interest rate hikes.

The property was purchased in 2017 for $5.95 million and has returned approximately 8.00% p.a. to Unitholders across the past five years.
